Description

TW200 is specially designed for the NIR(near infrared spectroscopy)analysis of food and feed sample preparation. The special design of the rotary knife, grinding chamber and grinding sieve ensures the sample is not affected by the heat and achieve good grinding effect. The application of the cyclone technique enables the results of the NIR sample preparation more reproducible and reliable.

Working Principle

The sample enters the grinding chamber through the hopper (with anti-splash function), under the action of the air flow generated by the high-speed rotary knife (impeller), produces huge secondary impact and surface friction with the rotary knife and fixed sieve ring, and achieves the crushing effect in a very short time. Continuously, the crushed samples quickly enter the sample-collect bottle in the   low-pressure area through the turbine air flow. The turbine flow provides additional cooling conditions and cleaning functions, which ensures original nature of the samples.
